What we treat
Opioid addiction — and the things that come with it.
Opioid Use Disorder (OUD)
Buprenorphine (Suboxone / Subutex) prescribed through online visits. FDA-approved, evidence-based treatment. For patients currently using fentanyl, home induction is done carefully to reduce the risk of precipitated withdrawal.
Kratom & 7-OH dependence →
Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) and 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) act on opioid receptors. If you're trying to stop and can't — buprenorphine may help.
Depression & anxiety
Medication management for co-occurring depression or anxiety.
ADHD
Present in 1 in 5 people with OUD. Medication management for existing diagnoses.
Alcohol use disorder
FDA-approved medications for mild to moderate alcohol use disorder.
Co-occurring conditions are managed only for patients whose opioid use disorder we treat — not as a standalone service. Previous documented diagnosis required. Visit fees may differ.

Same-day visits usually available.
Video visit with your doctor
A real medical appointment.

Sent to your pharmacy the same day if appropriate.
What happens during your visit
Every visit is a real medical appointment.
Your physician evaluates your medication, your symptoms, and how treatment is fitting into your life. We talk about what's working, what isn't, and what to adjust.
That conversation follows an evidence-based approach called Motivational Interviewing — you don't opt into it, it's just how we talk with you. About where you are. What matters to you. What's getting in the way.
Recovery here is self-directed, not program-directed. Once stable, many patients return to normal life — work, family, relationships — on their own terms.
Buprenorphine treatment follows clinical guidelines established by SAMHSA and the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
Care fees
$200 a month, once you're stable.
Early on, visits may be more frequent. You'll know the price before you book.
Pharmacy cost for the medication itself is separate. Superbill available for out-of-network reimbursement.
Can't afford the $200 right now? Ask about pay-what-you-can for patients facing an urgent gap in care.
