She didn’t judge me or make me uncomfortable. She talked to me via video call about what was going on, and how she could help. Dr. Elias helped me in a time where I needed it most. I was trying to come off 70h that I had been taking For a year due to severe back pain. She listened and understood everything I explained to her and got me on a treatment plan that was effective. If yours suffer suffering from 70h withdrawal Or have any other medical concern she will help you. But they are fast, they communicate, and extremely affordable

So many things to say. Ive never felt so heard. Throughout this entire process. Day or night. Weekday or weekend. I would like to say that every single Dr is just like her but thats simply a lie. I have never personally felt more human when it came to speaking to a Doctor than she has made me feel. I wish I could say that about my own primary care Doctor.

Dr. Elias is hands down the best physician I have ever experienced. She went above and beyond to help me, check in with me, and treat me non-judgmentally. I can’t tell you how many practitioners I’ve seen and I have never had an experience as I had with Dr. Elias. She is incredibly bright, warm, empathetic and patient. I wish every doctor was like her. Dr Elias was so amazing, she’s truly a doctor that cares about her patients and making sure they have what they need as well as checking in on your frequently to make sure you are ok! She went back and forth with the pharmacies and didn’t get irritated a single time! She is so sweet, compassionate, but THE MOST CARING AND UNDERSTANDING dr I’ve ever came across in my life! She listens, she cares, she does whatever she needs to do to make sure you’re getting better! She’s been a Godsend and truly deserves a raise, if I could give 10 million stars I would! I’ve been to a lot of doctors, for many different things, and I have had by far the best experience with Dr. Elias. It’s super hard to find a dr who actually cares, who doesn’t just treat you like another customer. In my experience, Dr. Elias has been the ONLY doctor across multiple medical fields who I don’t have trouble contacting and receiving help from, and she always makes sure to resolve any issues promptly. Also she is super nice and I really enjoy talking with her more than any doctor I’ve ever had! 5/5 🫶🏼

I can't recommend Dr. Elias highly enough. From our very first appointment, she treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect. She never made me feel judged or stigmatized, which made an enormous difference during a difficult time.

She is also incredibly knowledgeable. I was dealing with 7-OH, and she understood it far better than any other provider I had spoken with. It was reassuring to talk to someone who was familiar with what I was experiencing and could answer my questions with confidence.

What impressed me most was how available she was. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could send her a text and she responded quickly. I've never had a physician who was that responsive, and it gave me tremendous peace of mind.

Our appointments were never rushed. She took the time to listen, explain things thoroughly, and make sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Every conversation left me feeling calmer and more hopeful.

Dr Elias is amazing, I’ve never met another Dr that looks out for someone’s well being as much as her! I can talk to her more like a friend then anything else.. she’s so welcoming and easy to talk to it’s unreal.. I could literally message her at any time and she will get back to me within the hour! I could never say enough good things about Dr. Elias. She really truly cares about her patients and their well being. She is so easy to talk to. Always so positive and uplifting and cheerful. Sometimes with doctors it can feel like you’re just a number..that they don’t remember you from one month to the next, but that’s not the case with her. I do want to say that Dr. Ellis was amazing. She took her time with me. She listened she cared and she was concerned and wanted to make sure that I received the Care that I needed before we get off the phone so I’m grateful for that. she is amazing. I would 100% recommend her to anybody at any given time. You don’t come across people like that to where they actually care and they actually want to help you in the best way they can and that’s what she did and I appreciate that I’m grateful for that and I’m also grateful that she was able to help me today. It’s hard to find doctors that I feel that actually care about not just your health, but your overall wellbeing in general. Dr. Alias is that person. You’re not just a number on a chart. You’re not just part of assembly line healthcare. You’re treated like a person. She is not only professional, but personable on the most basic levels. She remembers your kids and details about you that you talk about in general that even you may not remember, but Dr. Alias does. The fact that she takes the time to get to know the real person and the life they live is one reason I feel that Dr. Alias is one of the best medical practitioners I have had the privilege and pleasure to have had as a physician overseeing my healthcare in my life, and that is understating the emphasis I am attempting to apply to this review. You would be in the best of hands by choosing her as your medical professional.

Dr. Elias has been with me for my entire sobriety journey. I contacted her office at my lowest point when I was all to ready to give up. She took the time to understand what I was going through without any judgement and continues to do so as I write this review. Dr. Elias has gone above and beyond to help through any struggles with her main goal ALWAYS being that I am comfortable first and foremost. I tried to do this on my own, and when I realized I couldn't, she had me on the proper medication, at the proper dose within a few hours. I highly recommend that if you are struggling, and need to be guided, Dr. Elias will get you to where you need to be with nothing less then care and compassion.
