Two numbers. That’s the whole structure.
Initial visit — $200
Your full medical evaluation with the physician. If buprenorphine is appropriate, the prescription is sent to your pharmacy the same day.
Ongoing care — $149/month
Includes your routine follow-up visit. Additional visits are available when medically appropriate and are charged separately.
Between visits: Messaging is available for brief questions about instructions already provided and for pharmacy or prescription issues. New symptoms, medication changes, ongoing concerns, or questions requiring medical assessment may require an additional visit.
Visits are more frequent when you are starting treatment for the first time or your dose is being adjusted, so the first month or two can cost more than the ongoing monthly fee. Your physician will tell you what to expect.
The cost of your buprenorphine prescription at the pharmacy is separate.
We do not bill insurance — no prior authorizations, no explanation of benefits sent to your employer, and no surprise charges.
Pay what you can
A bridge for urgent need.
A pay-what-you-can option is available for patients already on buprenorphine who face an urgent gap in their care and cannot afford the standard fee.

What's included
No hidden fees.
The monthly fee covers your routine follow-up visit with your physician, your prescription, and refills until your next visit. There are no enrollment fees. Additional visits are available when medically appropriate and are charged separately.
Medication itself — buprenorphine or generic Suboxone — is a separate cost filled at your pharmacy. Pricing varies by pharmacy and by the formulation prescribed. Ask your pharmacist about discount options.
MyStreetHealth does not bill insurance. Fees are flat self-pay rates. There are no insurance forms, no prior authorizations, and no surprise bills.
