What we treat
Opioid addiction — and the conditions that frequently come with it.
Opioid use disorder
Buprenorphine (Suboxone / Subutex) prescribed via telehealth. FDA-approved, evidence-based. Same physician every visit. Prescription sent same day if appropriate.
Depression & anxiety
Medication management alongside buprenorphine treatment, for patients in our care with a previous diagnosis.
ADHD
Present in 1 in 5 people with OUD. Medication management alongside buprenorphine treatment, for patients in our care with a previous diagnosis.
Alcohol use disorder
For patients on buprenorphine with us who also have mild to moderate alcohol use disorder — FDA-approved medications available as part of your care.
Co-occurring condition management is for patients whose opioid use disorder we manage — not a standalone service. A previous documented diagnosis is required. Visit fees may differ.
How we deliver care
What's included in your care.
Clear, consistent treatment with the same physician from day one — no rotating providers.
New patient evaluation
Full medical evaluation via telehealth — your history, current health, and the right medication for you. Prescription sent same day if appropriate.
Ongoing care
Regular follow-ups with the same physician who knows your history and progress. More frequent early, monthly once stable.
Access when you need it
Care doesn't stop at visits. Additional support options are available between appointments — ask your physician.
Drug testing
When used, testing is supportive — not a condition for receiving care.

You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit. You do not need to be a resident — you just need to be present in the state.

What to expect
From first visit to stable care.
Book your first visit
Call (888) 835-9995 or book online. Same-day visits often available. No referral required.
Medical evaluation
Your physician reviews your history, current health, and substance use. This visit typically takes 30–45 minutes.
Prescription sent same day
If buprenorphine is appropriate, your prescription is sent electronically to your pharmacy. Call ahead to confirm they carry it — some locations do not stock it.
Follow-up visits
More frequent early in treatment, tapering to monthly once you are stable. Your physician determines the right cadence.
Self-pay
Simple self-pay care. No insurance, no billing complexity.
We do not bill insurance. You pay a flat visit fee — faster care, no prior authorization delays, and no explanation of benefits sent to your employer.
Medication costs: The visit fee covers your physician appointment. The cost of your buprenorphine prescription at the pharmacy is separate.

Evidence-based care.
Buprenorphine is an FDA-approved medication for opioid use disorder — safe, effective, and the only medication for OUD that can be prescribed via telehealth without daily clinic visits. Despite this, fewer than 1 in 5 people with OUD receive medication treatment. Federal guidelines updated in 2024 made telehealth prescribing permanent. Access is the barrier — not effectiveness.
